1. Selling Basics on ArtistPose

To succeed on ArtistPose, it's important to understand the following basic requirements:

a. What can be sold on ArtistPose?

ArtistPose is a special marketplace where buyers come to find unique items they can't find elsewhere. You can only sell handmade, vintage, or craft supply items on ArtistPose.

Handmade items are those that you, as the seller, make or design yourself. If you work with someone else to produce your items, you need to mention that in your listings. It's important to accurately describe who is involved in making the items in your shop and provide your own original photos or videos of the products.

If you sell personalized or made-to-order items, make sure to list them at a fixed price. If you use photos of previous work as examples, clearly state that they are just examples.

Vintage items must be at least 20 years old to be sold on ArtistPose.

Craft supplies are tools, ingredients, or materials used in creating items or for special occasions. They can be handmade, commercial, or vintage. Party supplies can also be sold as craft supplies. It's encouraged to be transparent about how your craft supplies are made and where your materials come from.

b. What can't be sold on ArtistPose?

Certain items and activities are not allowed on ArtistPose, even if they meet the general marketplace criteria. Prohibited items include those that violate intellectual property policies, services that are not tangible items, and listings that don't offer a physical or digital item for sale.

Reselling is not permitted in the handmade category. This means you cannot list items as handmade if you were not directly involved in their creation.

Remember that members or third parties can flag listings that violate policies, and ArtistPose may remove such listings. Listing fees are non-refundable, and your account may be suspended or terminated for policy violations.

If you're raising money for a charity, make sure to obtain the charity's consent.

c. Managing your ArtistPose Shop

Your ArtistPose shop represents you and your business to the community. It's important to be honest and accurate in all aspects of your shop.

By selling on ArtistPose, you agree to:

- Provide honest and accurate information in your shop and About section.
- Honor your Shop Policies.
- Ensure that your shop content, including text, photos, and videos, follows ArtistPose's policies, including the Anti-Discrimination Policy.
- Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos.
- Respect the intellectual property of others and report any violations.

Avoid fee avoidance, creating duplicate shops, manipulating clicks or sales, or coordinating pricing with other sellers.

d. Seller Standards

When listing a product on ArtistPose, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including labeling and warnings specific to the products you sell.

You must provide great customer service and meet Etsy's Seller Service Level Standards, which include:

- Honoring shipping and processing times.
- Responding to messages from buyers in a timely manner.
- Honoring the commitments you make in your shop policies.
- Resolving disagreements or order issues directly with the buyer. If needed, ArtistPose can assist through the case system.
- If you're unable to complete an order, notify the buyer and cancel the order following the guidelines.

e. Selling Fees

2. Being a Member of the ArtistPose Community
